LA Wildcats And Tampa Bay Vipers Trade Corner Backs

The end of mini-camps today and the full training camp right around the corner. XFL teams are making moves before the holiday.

This will go down as the second XFL trade in the 2.0 era as earlier today, the St Louis Battlehawks acquired WR Keith Mumphery from the Dallas Renegades in exchange for LB Markus Jones.

Now we see a deal between the Los Angles Wildcats and Tampa Bay Vipers. The teams swapped corners sending Jalen Collins to the Vipers and Arrion Springs to the Wildcats.

Jalen Collins was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft and played his college ball at LSU. He was part of the November XFL Supplemental draft and taken by Los Angeles.

Supplemental Draft Picks

Arrion Springs went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft and played his college ball at Oregon. He was selected in the first round by Tampa Bay as part of the Phase #4 Defensive Backfield portion of the XFL draft.
