The XFL is full steam ahead with hiring, despite the chatter of investors from yesterday. The latest job postings include four positions.

The XFL job posting includes Vice President of Team Business & Events Operations, Head Athletic Trainer, Director of Team Communications & Media Relations, and Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales.
The Head Athletic Trainer position might be taken by Sean Hayes, formerly of the WWE, which we reported yesterday. Lisa Feigenbaum joined the XFL as the Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales, but she left for a new just not long after she was hired.
Director Team Communications & Media Relation
“The Director, Team Communications and Media Relations for one of the eight XFL Teams will lead the day-to-day communications operations and will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications and media relations strategy on a local and regional level that builds a foundation in the time leading up to the first game in 2023 and beyond. The Director will proactively cultivate relationships with the local media and influencers and drive opportunities to increase League, team and player visibility in the local market. This position will leverage consumer and trade communications, public relations and marketing initiatives across all media, digital and social platforms. This position will have a dual reporting relationship to the Team’s VP of Business & Event Operations. “

The XFL now looks to fill positions in local markets for media relations and events. To keep costs down, the XFL might avoid team presidents for the first season.
