BREAKING: Anthony Johnson Released by Los Angeles Wildcats

OLB and team captain, Anthony Johnson has just been released by the Wildcats. Johnson was the face of this defense and fearless leader. He was also all over the Wildcats advertisements, as he and QB Josh Johson had been the face of marketing.

Johnson played his college ball at LSU and has since bounced around NFL teams with appearances in the AAF for the Memphis Express and CFL for the Calgary Stampeders.

This is truly a shocking move but is not the first shocking move Winston Moss has made this season. Johnson seemed to be the heart and soul of this team. If behind the cameras, Johnson was not fitting with the scheme/coaches/or culture, why did they not just trade him? They most definitely could have gotten something valuable for a player like Johnson.

Wildcat fans: Trust Winston Moss. He has a plan.

More to come.
