Josh Hinch is the former Orlando Apollos Personnel Director for the bankrupt AAF. He was a scouting assistant with the Tampa Bay Biucnncers for four years before his time with the Alliance of American Football.
He joins head coach/GM Marc Trestman, offensive coordinator Jamie Elizondo and defensive coordinator Jerry Glanville in Tampa. XFL Tampa Bay has yet to name a Team President.
Hinch along with Daryl ‘Moose” Johnston with XFL Dallas and Chris Thompson and Alan “Trip” McCracken of XFL New York are all former front office staff for the AAF.
