Arlington receives linebacker Tuzar Skipper and the 46th overall pick in the Rookie Draft and Seattle receives offensive lineman George Moore and the 40th overall pick in the Rookie Draft
ARLINGTON, TEXAS (June 16, 2023) – The Arlington Renegades and Seattle Sea Dragons agreed today to trade offensive lineman George Moore and the 40th overall pick in the Rookie Draft in exchange for linebacker Tuzar Skipper and the 46th overall pick in the draft.

ARL receives: Tuzar Skipper, LB, Toledo & 46th Overall Selection in 2023 XFL Rookie Draft
SEA receives: George Moore, OL, Oregon & 40th Overall Selection in 2023 XFL Rookie Draft
Moore, 26, appeared in 11 of 12 games (5 starts) during Arlington’s run to the XFL title, seeing action primarily at left tackle. The 6-foot-6, 312-pound Moore was selected by the Renegades in the fourth round of the XFL Supplemental Draft on Jan. 1, 2023 following his college tenure at Oregon.
Skipper, 28, appeared in all 10 games for the Sea Dragons in 2023. He registered a team-high six sacks, which ranked fourth in the XFL. The Toledo product also finished with 20 total tackles on the season, including eight tackles for loss. Prior to the XFL, Skipper appeared in a total of 10 NFL games split between the New York Giants (2019) and Tennessee Titans (2020), making eight total tackles and he recovered a fumble.
The 2023 XFL Rookie Draft will take place today. Players who are drafted in the XFL Rookie Draft will be placed on XFL rosters with players who finished the 2023 season on active and reserve lists. XFL teams will hold exclusive rights with the players they select in the draft.
