Brahmas vs. Renegades Prediction
The Brahmas enter this game with a new offensive playcaller in Jimmie Johnson. This should lead to a few changes in how San Antonio approaches the game on the offensive side of the ball.
Arlington is .500 but they haven’t looked incredibly imposing. The Renegades have even made a quarterback change, with Kyle Sloter taking over for Week 1 starter Drew Plitt.
Sloter’s first game of the season came against the winless Orlando Guardians, and the team still didn’t look great offensively. Arlington scraped by with a 10-9 victory against the Guardians in which they had to come back from behind in the fourth quarter to win.
This game probably won’t be an offensive shootout. You’ll hear a lot about the over/under on the broadcast, but mainly on how bad over betters have to be feeling at that moment. All in all, expect the Brahmas to squeak by with a win, aided by a raucous San Antonio crowd.
Prediction: San Antonio Brahmas 15, Arlington Renegades 8
