The Jousters can’t even spell. LOL It’s “mettle,” not “metal” that gets tested in battle.

Which logos will go to which cities? Are more teams set to start in year one?

I will be surprised if that Generals logo isn’t the subject of debate with El Presidente’s old team from the USFL and whoever owns the rights to it now.
If it wasn’t basically the same colour scheme and logo, the team name “Generals” would be impossible to copywrite as that was the name of the team the Globetrotters used to play, but a different colour scheme and anything but stars in an octagon shape and I don’t see how anyone would question it. Look at the Sharks, uh, I mean Blues…two hockey team names… Well, one name and one animal. Alphas is great, Aviators is great, Conquerors is great and Jousters, even though I’m not crazy about it, at least they didn’t go with knights! It would have been the obvious choice, but it’s been used a lot, so it’s good to see the creativity.

It’s hard enough to follow a new sports league…you can’t keep changing the names of the teams.

Why don’t you tell us the teams home city? Location determines loyalty and I can’t find ny info on where tge teams call home. Odd.
