With a reshuffle of the Offensive line, Paxton Lynch had more time to throw and finished with 219 yards on 31 attempts. He also lead the team in rushing, going 10 carries for 43 yards and 1 touchdown. He played the whole game. Jah-Maine Martin finished with 7 carries on 9 yards and 2 fumbles.
Lynch’s former teammate on the Denver Broncos, Cody Latimer, finished with 6 catches for 66 yards on 8 targets. Recently signed former USFL WR Lance Lenoir caught 1 ball for 22 yards on 4 targets.
For the Renegades, Kyle Sloter made his debut. He threw for 124 yards on 23 attempts with 1 touchdown. He also rushed for another. De’Veon Smith rushed for 49 yards on 18 carries. Recently re-signed Kenneth Farrow had 5 carries for 17 yards.
Sloter went to his old target in the USFL, Sal Cannella. He had 5 catches for 33 yards on 7 targets. Tyler Vaughns also had 7 targets and 5 catches for 39 yards.
