Trestman later became the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens one season.
Trestman Background
Trestman was a quarterback at the University of Minnesota and a back up to Tony Dungy. His first coaching job came in 1983 at the University of Miami. He was quarterbacks coach for Bernie Kosar, and the Hurricanes won the national championship that year.
Marc Trestman was a name not mentioned anywhere, yet a great pick up. He had great success in the CFL, let’s hope this translates well in the XFL. We will have full coverage of the press conference on March 5th at 11 am (ET)
