Bobby Blizzard announced on his Twitter account that he is the new Running Backs coach for XFL Dallas under Head Coach/GM Bob Stoops. He was OC/WR coach for the Memphis Express of the Alliance of American Football until they folded after 8 games in 2019.
He played Tight End for the University of Kentucky under then Head Coach Hal Mumme in 2000. Mumme is the new Offensive Coordinator for XFL Dallas.

Blizzard played four seasons with the NFL and NFL Europe. He was voted to the NFL Europe All-Star Team twice. But injuries ended his playing career in 2007.
Since then he has had coaching stints with McMurry University and Belhaven University. At Belhaven he was the Offensive Coordinator under than Head Coach Hal Mumme.
