The NFL preseason is about to kick off tonight at 8 PM, meaning the official beginning of the football season is here. The Pro Football Hall Of Fame game tonight features the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos.
From now until April 26th there will be football on every week. Except for the week before the Super Bowl but you do have the NFL’s Pro Bowl. We are of course including the upcoming XFL season which kicks off February 8th, a week after the Super Bowl.
For XFL fans the NFL preseason has more meaning than ever before. The NFL preseason is a chance to look at potential XFL prospects on national TV. Tonight’s game has a handful of players who could be part of the XFL draft if they get released on NFL cut down day August 31st. The XFL draft is supposed to take place in mid-October.
