Any news about the XFL’s return has been few and far between. Aside from our own Mike Mitchell reporting, nothing much has been written about the new XFL 3.0. Talks between the league and CFL are ongoing and very little has come out on that side as well.
The main reason is that everyone involved in the talks has signed NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements). That document means anyone who signs the agreement agrees that the sensitive information they obtain will not be made available to any others. This confidentiality agreement has been in place since talks began with the CFL in October. However, no one has publicly talked about the NDA’s until now.
XFL Co-Owner Dany Garcia posted this picture on her Instagram Story yesterday.
“When your working on innovation for @XFL BUT the NDA is so DEEP the only thing you can show is the art in the women’s bathroom… Undisclosed Location”
XFL/CFL fans have been very anxious to learn any new details on the league and what their plans on. Hopefully, this is a sign that we might get some XFL/CFL news very soon.
Garica has been busy working on multiple projects including her own GSTQ clothing line. She did post this to her Instagram as well. Not sure if this means anything. But with NDA’s signed sometimes speaking in code is the only way around it, or not. Let us know what you think in the comments.

Definitely not talking about talking – If they have been talking this long it is full on merger or expansion. They are getting this boat watertight before they break the champagne bottle on the bow and send it into the drink. At least they are taking this expansion more seriously than last time.
Eventually the XFL is going to need to open up about its talks with the CFL. If they indicate that they don’t want to change the CFL rules, then a full blown merger will be more possible.
Everyone should chill out. A new league is coming. Be it a merged XFL and CFL, or an off shoot of the the current league here in the USA. What is the reasoning behind my assertion you ask?
Math. Simply put there are an abundance of markets available that are capable of supporting a pro football team.
Also, TV. The major TV networks need additional proven sports programming. They need more football. The TV networks ” covets ” the top 6 or 7 tv markets. They will look very favorably on any league that has teams in the 7 largest markets in the US.
Players. There are more than enough players with the ability to play this game on a high level.
And last but not least money. Yes the almighty dollar. There are people out here willing to take a shot at it (new league) “IF” the proper ground work has been done.
So, lets all take a deep breath and wait . We may be getting a great X-MAS gift. “FOR THE LOVE OF FOOTBALL FORGE ON”
