The Spring League Final XFL Rule Testing, Players Attending

The Spring League is holding their July Showcase this Saturday (July 27th-30th) in Southern California. There will be over 110 players in attendance.

These games will be the XFL’s final test run before the official XFL rule book in the fall. There is another Spring League Showcase in the fall. No word if the XFL will be involved with that event as well.

There are former NFL and college stars getting a chance to impress NFL, CFL and XFL scouts. Here is the breakdown;

Cole Conrad(C) played for the Minnesota Vikings (NFL) and University of Nebraska (NCAA).

Byron Glass (OG) played for Tennessee Titans (NFL) and Austin-Peay (NCAA).

Whitney Richardson (DE) played for the Los Angeles Chargers (NFL). He was the 2016 NCAA Division II Player of the Year.

Marloshawn Franklin, Jr. (CB) played for the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL) and University of California (NCAA).

Joel Blumenthal (WR/QB) played for Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) and Southwestern Oklahoma State University (NCAA II).

Lord Hyeamang (DT/DE) played for the Rams (NFL) and Seahawks (NFL). He pLayed his college ball at Columbia University (NCAA).

Mike Daniels (CB) played for West Virginia University (NCAA)

Damarr Aultman (WR/CB) played for the Miami Dolphins (NFL) and University of Maine (NCAA).

Dontez Byrd (WR) played for the Atlanta Falcons (NFL), Tennessee Tech (NCAA) and University of Louisville (NCAA).

Boom Williams (RB) played for the Denver Broncos (NFL) and Cincinnati Bengals (NFL) and University of Kentucky (NCAA).

OJ Thompson (LB) played for the Miami Dolphins (NFL). He’s a 2x All-American and a 4x All-SIAC 1st Team linebacker at Tuskegee University (NCAA).
