The Kansas City Chiefs sign New York Guardians S Andrew Soroh to a one year deal. Soroh will join BattleHawks QB Jordan Ta’amu in Kansas City.
He is the seventh Guardian to sign an NFL contract joining Dravon Askew-Henry, Cavon Walker, Jarron Jones, Anthony Coyle, and Zac Kerin. Ranthony Texada signed a contract with the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Soroh finished the 5 games season with 18 tackles and 1 interception. He was drafted 6th round, 47th overall, in the Phase #2 portion of the 2020 XFL draft. He was drafted by the New York Guardians.
He played his college ball at Florida Atlantic. At 24 years old this is his second time around with the Chiefs. He was one of the final cuts in late August for the team.
