With the pending final XFL Summer Showcase in St Louis on July 13th looming. Head Coach/GM Jonathan Hayes added some key staff to the XFL St Louis franchise.
They are Offensive coordinator Doug Meacham, Offensive assistant coach Charles Long, Wide Receivers coach Az-Zahir Hakim, which we reported earlier, Tight Ends coach Nicholas Siciliano, Co-Defensive Coordinator /Linebackers coach Matt Raich and Defensive Backs coach Tim Lewis.
Doug Meacham was the offensive coordinator at the University of Kansas (NCAA) since 2017. Before that, he had stinks in the college ranks with Samford, Oklahoma State, Houston, and TCU.
Nicholas Siciliano was in charge of Football Quality Control at the University of Minnesota. He was an offensive assistant for the Cincinnati Bengals (NFL) from 2012 to 2013.
Matt Raich worked with the Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals, and Pittsburgh Steelers. He most recently worked with the Cincinnati Bengals as a defensive assistant coach
Tim Lewis was the head coach of the Birmingham Iron (AAF). Prior to that, he worked for the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants, Carolina Panthers,
Seattle Seahawks, Atlanta Falcons, and San Francisco 49ers
