    Whatever happens and whatever the league is called and however many teams it has, I hope the league stays with PI penalties starting from the line of scrimmage. I absolutely hate the NFL spot foul rule. I think 15 yards is more than fair, you get the 1st down and 15 yards worth of yardage.
