    Mark,

Listening to the latest podcast and just wanted to comment on the FOX/Disney structure.

Murdock sold almost everything to Disney except. the FOX broadcast network and local broadcast stations, FS1, FS2, FOX News and the streaming network, FOX Nation.

Disney bough all production TV and Movie studios, archives and legacy library of content (except the physical 20th Century lot), the regional sports nets (which they were ordered to sell of to a 3rd party after the transaction completed.), and the cable networks.

Can’t wait for spring football to come back, USFL, XFL, or whatever is after that.

Keep up the great work and God Bless!
    Clint
