XFL Unveils Vipers Uniforms with Venomous Strike

Twenty-four hours ago, the XFL’s social media teams were busy previewing the XFL Jerseys just over twelve hours before the official announcement on ESPN. Unlike the other seven social media pages for each team, the Vegas Vipers came out with a dig at all the leaks that happened in the past, saying they found something while looking on the servers today.

Fast forward to this afternoon when the XFL officially dropped the entire uniforms for each team, and I may be biased with this one, but the Vegas Vipers could have some of the best uniforms in the league. Vipers kicked off the reveal on social media with a video showing the home and away uniforms.

We were all welcomed with some quality images and a break down of each jersey on XFL’s Photo Shelter account, which gives a more detailed look into each uniform.

Vegas Vipers Home Uniform

The Home uniform features a fanged V across the shoulders and a snakeskin pattern on each side of the pants. The home jersey’s red and dark gray color pops with the all-black uniforms; you can also see that each jersey features

“Blood, Sweat, Respect” mantra – a personal message from ownership to players, which is sublimated on the interior collars of all team uniforms.

Vegas Vipers Away Jersey

The away uniform hits the spot for the Vipers as it features the snakeskin pattern more dominant than the home uniform. The practice runs wild on the shoulder caps and within the numbers on the front and back of the jersey, something I feel should have been done in red tone on the home jersey. Either way, this away uniform is the best one. Now what really will make these uniforms pop on the field is the helmet which features a black helmet with the Vipers logo on each side and a red stripe in the middle in the form of fangs.

It appears after the XFL Quarterback Selection show, that the XFL took the opportunity to get the uniforms on their quarterbacks for each team in attendance; as we can see Jalan McClendon and Luis Perez show just how great these uniforms look on the players.

With the identities, logos, colors, and now uniforms released, the Fang Gang waits patiently for the XFL to formally announce where we will see these fantastic uniforms play when they arrive in Vegas this February. Once all the players drafted sign with the XFL by the December 26th date, they will then report to training camp starting January 7th in Arlington to start their journey to kick off a month later.
