Less than 24 hours after the XFL announced their uniform, helmets, and jersey designs via social media. A quick view of Shop.XFL.com reveals that most are sold out.
The league announced that replica jerseys were available for purchase at noon eastern today. By 4 pm ET, they are all gone. For some teams, there does remain some Small or 3XL sizes, but that is it.
With some talking heads around the NFL and sports talk circles questioning if the XFL will be a viable league. The fact that jersey’s sold out within hours is a sign you can’t deny. Fan interest in a spring football league is real.
For those who made the purchases on time, the expected start ship date for jerseys is December 13th. The replica jerseys retail for $79.99 for adults and $74.99 for youth.
The $225 authentic XFL jerseys will go on sale on December 17th. At a high price, those jerseys will still sell quickly.
Fans interested in a customized XFL jersey with their name and selected number on them will need to wait for game day. Customized jerseys will be available at stadiums during XFL games. No price point on those yet.

it sounds like things are going well for the XFL thus far. I’ll be buying a
DC Defenders jersey for sure, although I like the L.A. Wildcats uniforms the
best. On a side note, it amazes me how many people expect and hope the XFL fails yet
criticize the NFL for not being what it used to be. Since the NFL has
no desire to “fix itself” and go back to what it once was, then why dismiss the XFL off the bat?! The XFL wasn’t needed back in 2001. I think it’s somewhat needed
today because the NFL is clearly going in the wrong direction.
You actually trust senile McMahon to do well this time around when he can’t even book his wrestling promotion properly anymore? And don’t give me that hands-off garbage! Vince will eventually be hands-on again soon…very soon…
I hope that is a good sign? I don’t know if the XFL will be successful the 2nd time around? I hope it is because I love Football but I don’t know how big a fan base it takes to support a football league I’m
You nailed it well, Agray. Vince McMahon is especially one of the biggest offenders when it comes to spinning. Let’s see how he can spin his way out of the negativity from the MAJOR media outlets painting his league as the villains for not releasing XFL players out of their contracts!

It’s a good marketing move to either limit the supply or pretend like they sold out. Let’s see how the tickets sell. Lol
