The XFL has finally released its 2023 schedule ahead of kick-off next month. Coming off the Supplemental Draft, we learned a bit more about how things will align for the San Antonio Brahmas.
The Brahmas will play in the South Division. Their division rivals are the Houston Roughnecks, Arlington Renegades, and Orlando Guardians. This makes a ton of sense given the close proximity of the three Texan teams in the league.
With no further ado, here is the San Antonio Brahmas XFL 2023 schedule:
The Brahmas will kick their 2023 season off at home against the St. Louis BattleHawks. The BattleHawks were the most popular team in the XFL during the 2020 iteration. This game takes place on February 19 at 3:00 PM eastern time. In fact, this game will be nationally televised on ABC.
Week 2 sees San Antonio begin a three-game road trip. They travel to Orlando on February 26 before going to Houston and Seattle in the weeks following.
The Brahmas return home in Week 5 to take on the Arlington Renegades. They play the Renegades again the week following on the road. They begin April with a trip to Vegas for a matchup against the Vipers.
The Brahmas will finish the season with three games at The Alamodome. Two of these games are divisional matchups, as they take on the Roughnecks and Guardians in Weeks 8 and 9, respectively. Their season finale sees San Antonio welcome the DC Defenders on April 22.
If everything goes to plan for Hines Ward and his staff, those last few games will certainly have major playoff implications. The XFL Playoffs kick off on April 29, and the XFL Championship Game is slated for May 13.
