Kaw Kaw is the law in St Louis.
With the team playing well and interest in the XFL building, it is no surprise that fans in the XFL’s hottest market, St Louis, want their game tickets.
As was the case in 2020, season ticket sales jumped the first week of the XFL season, and they did so again in the XFL 3.0 era. The team announced that the 300 level of The Dome in St Louis is now open for season tickets. This announcement means that, most likely, very few season ticket packages are available on the lower level for the Battlehawks.
According to GuyOnTheMike on reddit;
“In opening up sections 339-343, St. Louis opened up 840 tickets. As of 4:30 EST, 551 of them have been sold, or 65.5% of the available stock.
Of note, at $40 per game, per seat, STL has pulled in over $110,000 just from those seats today. Will be curious to see how aggressive they are to open up additional sections and when (and if) single-game sales open up for those areas.”
Back in 2020, according to former Battlehawks team president Kurt Hunzeker, the team was gearing up to have a massive turnout for its next home game against the LA Wildcats. That is before you know what closed the league down.
The city and fans could surpass that 2020 expectation with their home opener in two weeks against the Arlington Renegades. The game will be Sunday, March 12th, at 4:00 PM ET on ESPN2.
