Nichols led the XFL in interceptions with 3 and was part of the undefeated Houston Roughnecks defense. Which was one of the best in the XFL.
He played college football at South Florida and spent time with the Arizona Cardinals.
He joins former teammate P.J. Walker in using his experience in the XFL to land a contact in the NFL. Walker signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers.
