  • QB Deondre Francois moves from the Blues to the Generals
  • QB Nick Fitzgerald joins the Blues from the Sea Lions
  • New York Guardians RB Tim Cook  was released by the Jousters
  • Seas Lions add Super Bowl Champion K Garrett Hartley
