In a tweet, XFL News Hub’s Konnor Fulk reported that the XFL will be refunding 2021 ticket deposits and credits in response to the economic hardships that have impacted millions of Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
Official emails from XFL teams to fans that fall under this umbrella have already started to be sent out, XFL News Hub has obtained two official statements from the Los Angeles Wildcats and the St. Louis BattleHawks.
“Given the pandemic, and the increased economic hardships so many Americans are facing, the XFL is refunding your 2020 Los Angeles Wildcats ticket credits, including any account credits from resold games, so that you have the funds on-hand.”

The BattleHawks sent out nearly the same statement, so it’s understood this is a move made from the league and not individual ownership groups.
