Week Two XFL TV Ratings On ABC

ABC’s Week 2 XFL games averaged 2,262,000 viewers.

Saturday – The DC Defenders’ 27-0 victory over the New York Guardians averaged 2,127,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. The telecast peaked from 3:15-3:30 p.m. ET with 2,389,000 viewers.

The top 10 markets: Columbus, OH (2.8), Cleveland and West Palm Beach (2.6), Cincinnati (2.5), Las Vegas (2.2), Dallas-Ft. Worth and Washington, DC (2.0), Dayton (1.9), Pittsburgh and Seattle-Tacoma (1.8).

Sunday – The Dallas Renegades’ 25-18 victory over the Los Angeles Wildcats averaged 2,397,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. The telecast peaked from 5:45-6 p.m. ET with 3,381,000 viewers.

The top 10 markets include: Dallas-Ft. Worth (3.8), New Orleans (3.6), Norfolk (3.1), Pittsburgh (3.0), Cleveland and Richmond-Petersburg (2.9), Columbus, OH and Houston (2.6), Nashville (2.5), Austin (2.4).

Week 3 XFL Games on ABC and ESPN:

Coverage of the XFL continues this weekend on ABC and ESPN. On Sat., Feb. 22, the 2-0 Houston Roughnecks face the Tampa Bay Vipers at 2 p.m. ET (ABC), and on Sun., Feb. 23, the St. Louis BattleHawks host the New York Guardians at 3 p.m. ET (ESPN).
