The Sports Business Journal announced a slew of new XFL front office hires recently. With the February kickoff only 200 days away, the XFL continues to ramp up it’s hiring.
Russ Giglio is the new XFL Director of Player Administration. He will be reporting directly to Doug Whaley, XFL Senior Vice-President of Football Operations. Giglio most recently was the Director of Player Personnel for the AAF. Before that, he spent eleven years in various NFL front office jobs.
Lisa Milner Goldberg is the new Head of Communications for XFL Los Angeles. She worked eleven years as Vice President at Swanson Communications.
Allen Barrett is the new Head of Communications for XFL Tampa Bay. He spent eleven years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL).
Charles Hampton is the new Head of Communications for XFL Houston. He was with Grand Canyon University for the past four years as Director Of Strategic Communications. Before that, Hampton spent eight years with the Houston Texans(NFL).
Gina Antoniello is the new Head of Communications for XFL New York. She was Senior Communications Manager at BSE Global. Before that Antoniello spent time as Director of Public Relations and Community Relations with the Golden State Warriors(NBA)
Jim Baral is the new Senior Director of Partnerships for XFL Los Angeles. He worked for the Los Angeles Chargers(NFL) for the past two seasons.
