The sports betting giant Draft Kings has thrown their name into the ring. After months of teases and speculation about what types of XFL betting will be available, we’ve confirmed that Daily Fantasy Challenges will be a part of the inaugural season.
We can confirm that we will have XFL contests this season and that those contests will begin on 2/8. We'll be sure to provide additional details as we get closer to that date. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.— DraftKings CX Team (@DK_Assist) January 10, 2020
Fans will now be able to pick individual players for their lineups each week and compete for cash prizes starting 2/8. This is a natural marriage, as Vince McMahon owns a stake in Draft Kings, and there has been mutual interest between the parties going back to 2018.
