In what will most likely be part of the USFL’s Tuesday Birmingham Hub City announcement. Tickets for the first USFL Birmingham Stallions game will soon be on sale. USFL superfan @Vanster2000 found this bit of information on Ticketmaster.
As part of the USFL 2.0 era, the first game will be on April 16th at 6:30 pm CT when head coach Mike Riley and his New Jersey Generals take on Skip Holtz and the hometown Birmingham Stallions. As of this writing, you CAN NOT purchase tickets, but you can see the listing on TicketMaster.

The 2022 USFL regular season will kick off April 16th and run through mid-June, followed by playoffs.
So far six USFL head coaches have been announced, Skip Holtz (Birmingham Stallions), Kirby Wilson (Pittsburgh Maulers), Kevin Sumlin (Houston Gamblers), Mike Riley (New Jersey Generals), Todd Haley (Tampa Bay Bandits) and Bart Andrus (Philadelphia Stars). No word on when the last two coaching hires will be revealed.
The USFL will hold it’s ‘player selection meeting’ February 22nd-23rd, with training camps set to open March 21st.
