NFL has the cancelation of the XFL season to thank for. After its cancellation due to the coronavirus pandemic, XFL players were allowed to sign for the NFL teams if an opportunity arose. This has seen 26 XFL players joining different NFL teams with Pittsburgh Steelers signing the most number of players from the XFL. Other teams that have poached players from the XFL include; Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Falcons, LA Chargers, Carolina Panthers, Minnesota, New York Giants, and Kansas City Chiefs. The NFL regular season is in action and RF365 provides an avenue for players to watch and bet on NFL action.

Here, you will find several betting options and markets among other features. While many have appeared on the NFL roster, very few have made appearances. The likes of Sergio Castillo, Donald Parham Jr., and PJ Walker have all got shots at their various teams. Additionally, few defenders have been signed with NFL teams. They are;
- Elijah Campbell
New York Jets will be the new ‘home’ for Elijah Campbell who has signed from DC Defenders for the Jets practice squad. Elijah becomes the second player from the XFL to sign for the struggling Jets alongside kicker Sergio Castillo. He also becomes one among the seven DC Defenders players to sign a pro deal.
He joins DB Saquan Hampton and OLB Sharif Finch as the other players signed up with the Jets practice squad. From the five XFL games played before the cancelation of the league, Elijah managed 6 tackles but what is memorable is the blocked punt that resulted in a touchdown. The first from the Defenders.
He was a highly-rated player in the XFL and this might be a pointer to success with the Jets.
- Hunter Niswander
Hunter Niswander becomes another defender who has made into NFL roster. Hunter signed with the Dallas Cowboys practice squad from DC Defenders. He becomes one of the four XFL players signed with the Cowboys joining Walter Palmore, Saivion Smith, and Pace Murphy. The latter was cut from the team. Hunter also stands as one of the seven DC Defenders players to sign a pro deal with an NFL team.
While playing for DC Defenders, Hunter played all 5 games with 21 punts averaging 44.6 yards per punt. DC Defenders snapped him in phase 5 of the 2020 XFL draft and was mentioned in Mike Mitchell’s All XFL 2020 Team.
- TE Khari Lee
Another DC Defenders’ defender another player making into NFL roster. TE Khari Lee completes the list of the only three defenders poached from XFL into the NFL roster. Khari is also among the crop of seven DC Defenders players to sign a pro deal after signing with the Detroit Lions practice squad.
In September, Lee was cut out of the Atlanta Falcons team and also received an injury settlement. However, this time, he looks ready to get going once more. During the XFL 5-game season stint, he had 8 receptions, 91 yards, and 2 touchdowns. At 28 years and several trials at pro clubs such as Falcons, Texans, Bills, and Bears, he seems experienced to make a breakthrough into the team.
