The XFL will introduce their DC head coach/general manager February 21st in Audi Field, Washington D.C at 1 pm EST.

We reported earlier this month, that former Michigan assistant Pep Hamilton will be named as the leagues second Head Coach/GM for the DC franchise. Reports of him joining the XFL emerged shortly after his departure from Ann Arbor. It would be his first head coaching position.

Background In Coaching

Hamilton has connected with Jim Harbaugh and Andrew Luck throughout his career. He was on staff at Michigan as assistant head coach and passing game coordinator for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Before that, he was the assistant head coach and quarterbacks coach of the Cleveland Browns in 2016. From 2013-15, he was the offensive coordinator of the Colts.
