Vince Sullivan of Law360 is reporting that XFL season ticket holders will have to wait about a month before they can see their tickets refunded. This is after a Delaware judge presiding over the Chapter 11 case said she could not authorize those refunds on the first day of the case.
“U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein said only relief that would avoid immediate and irreparable harm could be approved by the court, and ticket holder refunds would have to wait for a second-day hearing after parties receive proper notice of the motion.”
The Judge had said she would clear the way for the refunds to begin the second hearing, which will take place on May 13th.
Lawyers for Vince McMahon will provide bidding procedures next week as it relates to the sale of the XFL.
“While in Chapter 11, the XFL intends to run a sale process for the assets, the most valuable of which are intellectual property, including the XFL brand and slogan: “For the Love of Football.” Bidding procedures to govern that sale and marketing process are slated to be filed early next week, according to the debtor.”
We will be covering this all the way to the end on XFL News Hub, keeping you updated on this fluid situation.

Any update on this? I was a Battlehawk Season ticket holder and never received a refund, unlike many others who did.

I am a season ticket holder for the Guardians and have not received the $900 for season tickets not played. My question is there any legal process I can take to get my money back. Thanks Dan
