Renegades K Austin MacGinnis Signs With LA Rams Practice Squad

Dallas Renegades K Austin MacGinnis has signed with the Los Angeles Rams Practice Squad. He is the only XFL player to sign with the Rams. This is his second stint with the Rams this year.

MacGinnis is the eleventh Dallas Renegades player to sign with a pro team. Four players remain on NFL practice squads. Donald Parham, who scored his second TD of the season for the Chargers, is the only Renegades player on an active roster.

MacGinnis was 10 for 10 on field goals during the 5 game XFL season. He also led the XFL in kickoff average and touchbacks and was rated top kicker by our own Mike Mitchell.

MacGinnis was selected in the Phase #5 Open Draft portion of the 2020 XFL draft by Dallas. He played his college ball at Kentucky.
