PR: Josh Johnsons Madden Tournament To Support COVID-19 Relief

Tournament Begins, Tuesday, May 26 and Concludes Saturday, May 30 on UGL’s Twitch Page

Oakland, Calf. (May 25) – The Ultimate Gaming League (UGL) is pleased to announce that the upcoming 64-person Pros vs. Joes Madden Tournament bracket is full. However, UGL will be streaming the tournament in its entirety live on beginning tomorrow, May 26, alongside a text-to-donate campaign to benefit the Fam1st Family Foundation. The foundation has joined together through The Oakland Pledge, with other Oakland-based charities’ efforts to help those hit hard by COVID-19.

“Filling up the tournament was a huge milestone, but we really want casual and serious gamers to check out the Pros vs. Joes stream,” said pro quarterback and UGL co-founder Josh Johnson. “The show we have produced will have something for everyone. If you are a Madden fan and want to support a great cause, you should definitely tune in.”

The tournament takes place from May 26-30 and the winner will qualify to play against NFL players in another UGL Madden tournament next month.  The live play begins at 4pm and the Pros vs. Joes tournament coverage beginning at 6pm PT, which includes special commentary, guests, music and giveaways.
