Luck vs. McMahon Deposition Documents Released, Vince Asked About His Character

Details have emerged from the pending lawsuit from former XFL ex-commissioner Oliver Luck against former league owner Vince McMahon and Alpha Entertainment LLC.

Court documents from a May 13, 2021 deposition show an interaction between Luck’s attorney Paul Dobrowski and McMahon.

Dobrowski asks McMahon of his responsibilities as owner of Alpha Entertainment to which McMahon explains the quality of individuals involved with his business. Dobrowski uses this as an avenue to bring up a felony charge McMahon was acquitted from previously and if it linked with his morals as an owner.

A good portion of the deposition was redacted, but here the reader can get a glimpse into an attempt by Dobrowski to unearth McMahon’s character code and if is in anyway hypocritical to methods of managing the league.

The court date for Luck and McMahon is set for July 11, 2022
