Kentel Williams, a dynamic running back, has joined the Orlando Guardians. During his senior year at Austin Peay, Williams led his team with 895 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns, along with 1,414 all-purpose yards. He was a key player in several victories, including a standout performance against Jacksonville State with 173 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Known for his versatility, Williams was also effective as a receiver, exemplified by a 103-receiving-yard game against Furman in the NCAA Playoffs. Quinn Oseland, an offensive lineman, is set to play for the San Antonio Brahmas. After college, Monteiro signed as an undrafted free agent with Miami in 2019, followed by stints on practice squads for the New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers. Evan Worthington – San Antonio Brahmas, DB, Colorado
Evan Worthington, who played college football at Colorado, has signed with the San Antonio Brahmas as a safety. At Colorado, he completed his career with 167 tackles and 15 passes broken up. Worthington earned honorable mention All-Pac-12 honors in 2018, finishing with 48 tackles and an interception. He experienced setbacks, including a concussion and a suspension for violating team rules in 2016, but rebounded with strong performances in subsequent seasons. After college, his professional journey included stints with the Baltimore Ravens, Calgary Stampeders, The Spring League’s Generals, and the Philadelphia Stars in the USFL before joining the XFL’s Brahmas on December 13, 2023.
Carson Wells – St. Louis Battlehawks, LB, Colorado
Carson Wells, a linebacker from Colorado, has re-signed with the St. Louis Battlehawks for the 2024 season. In his college career at Colorado, Wells played 40 games with 34 starts, tallying 187 career tackles, 38 tackles for losses, and 15½ quarterback sacks. He earned multiple All-Pac-12 honors throughout his collegiate career, including second-team recognition from the Pac-12 Hotline and Phil Steele’s College Football in 2021.
