XFL To Hold Town Hall Event July 24th at Texas Live! In Dallas

This afternoon the XFL sent out an email to all former Dallas Renegades season ticket holders. After the XFL Dallas Showcase on July 24th, 2022, they will be holding an XFL Town Hall at 6 pm Central Time at “Texas Live!” and entertainment complex next to the new XFL Headquarters Choctaw Stadium (Formerly known as Globe Life Park). This was home to the Dallas Renegades in 2020.

This is presumed by previous reports from XFL Insider Mike Mitchell that the eight XFL cities will be Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, DC, Orlando, St Louis, Seattle, and Las Vegas. This town hall does coincide with the article that reported earlier today by ESPN’s Kevin Seifert;

“The league plans to announce its eight teams and venues by the end of this month”

Of course, this does not mean this is connected to this XFL Town Hall at all and that eight teams and venues will be announced between the 25th-31st being by the end of this month. As of right now, based on the email Dallas Renegade season ticket holders received, I am one of those as I traveled to Dallas in 2020.

The RSVP HERE link takes you to a signup screen where you enter your name and email address which I assume has to match the season ticket holders name and email of the account you had with the Dallas Renegades; it then gives you the option to select up to four people that can attend in total.

The other key point to this email is that if you are not the first 500 (first come, first serve) seats to secure guaranteed priority seating, there will be a chance for general admission access for standing-room-only locations.

I am curious what this means and if the XFL will be sending out tickets down the road to confirm or if you have to stand in line in person and be the first 500 to enter.

The only confirmation I got after submitting was, “Your spot is reserved for our 2022 Town Hall on Sunday, July 24th, 2022, at 6 p.m. Thank you!”. No confirmation email or anything followed this confirmation screen.

Hopefully, more information will be released soon as we are only about a week and two days away from this event, and it is unclear if general admission will be for non-Dallas Renegades season ticket holders or not at this point.

Leave a message in the comments if you have received this email and plan on going.
