Game 3 of Week 4 in the XFL season saw the St. Louis Battlehawks beat the Arlington Renegades 11 – 24. The Battlehawks are now 3 – 1. Renegades fall to 2 – 2.

The Battlehawks set an XFL attendance record at 38,310 fans.

The Renegades offense continues to struggle. Kyle Sloter finished with 205 yards on 39 attempts with 0 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.

As a team, the Renegades rushed for just 49 yards. De’Veon Smith had 9 carries for 24 yards and 1 touchdown.

Caleb Vander Esch led receivers with 2 catches for 48 yards on 5 targets. Sal Cannella had 6 catches for 40 yards on 9 targets.

For the Battlehawks, A. J. McCarron threw for 214 yards on 27 attempts with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. He played a very efficient game.

Brian Hill had a big game on the ground. He rushed for 89 yards on 18 carries and 1 touchdown.

Darrius Shepherd had 8 catches for 91 yards and 1 touchdown on 8 targets. Hakeem Butler had 5 catches for 52 yards on 6 targets and 1 touchdown.
