Pittsburgh Steelers Sign BattleHawks DE Dewayne Hendrix

The Pittsburgh Steelers look to be the team to watch for XFL fans this Pre Season. The team has added its 5th former XFL player. This time, it is St. Louis BattleHawks DE Dewayne Hendrix.

The Steelers have added Dallas Renegades long snapper Christian Kuntz, DC Defenders S Tyree Kinnel, NY Guardians OT Jarron Jones and DT Cavon Walker.

Hendrix finished the 5 game season with four tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, and one quarterback hurry. He played his college ball at Pitt after transferring from Tennessee.

At 24, Hendrix had stops with the Jaguars, Bears, and Dolphins.
